Yet Another Reason for a Natural Disaster Review Board

During the night, the National Weather Service (NWS) had another major network outage that brought down radars, tornado warnings and other essential services. You will find the details, here

The NWS is an absolutely essential federal agency, yet its issues -- especially during periods of tornadoes  -- only seem to be growing.

The USA is behind Great Britain and other nations -- we need a Natural Disaster Review Board to assist the NWS and others in the fields of disaster forecasting, prevention and recovery to assist in getting completely up to speed.
