10:40am Snow Update
We have about an inch on the ground in northeast Wichita. I believe we will see 8 to 14" across the Wichita - Sedgwick Co. area. The Emergency Accident Reporting Plan is in effect. A number of airlines have issued waivers for those flying to Wichita, Kansas City and other airports affected by the storm.
