As of 10pm this evening, Sirens is the #2 book about weather at the Kindle Store and Amazon calls it "hot." Interestingly, the #1 book is Eric Larson's superb Isaac's Storm which is also about a flawed storm warning (1900 Galveston Hurricane) and its terrible toll.
FYI: Sirens is $2.99. Isaac's Storm is $11.99.
