Flood Threat in the Northeast

Here is the 72-hour rainfall forecast starting at 8pm EDT this evening:


Below is the two-week rainfall, including the excessive rains caused by Irene.

Given the overlaps (i.e, heavy rain on saturated soils), it would appear that significant to major flooding is likely in central and eastern Pennsylvania as well as adjacent areas.
