Life-Threatening Flooding in West Central Oklahoma

The white circle indicates areas where more than 4" of rain have fallen in the last few hours with some areas approaching 5". Numerous water rescues are occurring in that area from both cars and homes.

The water will begin flowing south southeast toward and south of I-40 in the next few hours. The thin green line is the flash flood warning from the NWS due to runoff moving south and southeast.
