Recap of Last Night and Rainfall Forecast

Tornadoes destroyed a number of homes yesterday and this photo, from KXAS TV, NBC5, in Ft Worth is just heartbreaking.

Torrential rains fell overnight, as well. The white areas in southern Oklahoma are where more than ten inches fell!
I placed a circle over Oklahoma City.

Many rivers in the area are in flood. The Wichita River near Wichita Falls is forecast to crest within a foot of its record stage.

Unfortunately, the 7-day rainfall forecast has more heavy rain for the region.
