Flooding and Tornado Threat Update

The tornado threat today should mostly be confined to the southern High Plains with the area indicated at 5% the threshold for concern.

The NWS forecast rainfall amounts have been increased since yesterday. This should be closely monitored the next three days. As much as eight inches is forecast in the southern Ozarks.

Tomorrow, severe thunderstorms with tornadoes are possible in the south central U.S. I'll have more on that in later postings.
