Tornado Watch, Sort Of, for Nebraska and Kansas.

I really don't like these,

If there really is a threat for a "few" tornadoes, then this should be a tornado watch. But, as seems increasingly common in 2013, it is a severe thunderstorm watch.

There is a line of thunderstorms in the High Plains. That line, for which there are already two severe thunderstorm warnings (yellow polygons on 1:57pm radar) is most likely to produce high winds and hail.
If tornadoes occur, they will mostly like be from these more isolated storms developing ahead of the line.

I am not live-blogging the storms but will provide an update toward evening.
