Winter Wheat Belt Wetness?

The National Weather Service's 6 to 10 day outlook is the wettest I have seen over the Plains and Rockies for the last couple of years.

I'm going to be posting special updates concerning the moisture situation next week as a developing flood threat looms in the East and very welcome rains in the winter wheat belt.
