Central U.S. Winter Storm

Here are probability maps of two inches or more of snow with the next winter storm in the Central U.S.:

It looks increasingly likely that at least a foot of snow will fall somewhere in Kansas along or north I-70 or in Nebraska. Air travel in Denver will likely be affected; Omaha may have problems, along with Minneapolis on Wednesday.

The good news: Badly needed moisture for the winter wheat crop.
