Incredible Rains in Southern California

Here are rainfalls in Southern California to 6am PST. 
Between 9 and 10 inches have fallen in the coastal mountains of Santa Barbara County. Evacuations are underway. 

During the night, the heavy rains moved into Los Angeles and Los Angeles County. You can click to enlarge.
Above is the radar at 6:14am. It depicts heavy rain continuing over Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. Elsewhere in the Southland, more scattered light to moderate rains are falling. 

The rains will continue for another twelve hours or so and then taper off. However, flooding will continue even after the rains end.
