High Risk of Tornadoes This Afternoon and Tonight

There are two areas of serious tornado risk. 

Here is the breakdown of this forecast which is from the SPC (I agree with it):

• Red has a high risk of tornadoes, some of which will be strong. 
• Yellow hatched has an enhanced risk of tornadoes, some of which will be strong.
• Yellow has an enhanced risk of tornadoes. 
• Brown has a significant risk of tornadoes. 

Some tornadoes will occur after dark.

Please call your friends and neighbors in these areas and let them know about this as it is a holiday and they may not be paying attention to the weather.
