Chinese Communist Party Can't Separate Fact From Wistful Thinking

The Chinese launched this rocket a few minutes ago to resupply their space station. I took this screen capture before the launch occurred. Note the headline at the top.
The launch cannot be a success before the rocket lifts off.

The Chinese Communist Party does it again.
