Winter Storm Update: 8:45am EST

Fifth worst storm in Chicago history with 19.3"inches, with Detroit having the 3rd biggest with 16.7 inches.

A mix of precipitation types are occurring in New York City. Meanwhile, heavy snow is falling in Boston with much more to come (snowfall rates as high as 2-3" per hour).
