5:55pm Sunday: Storm Starting

Since about 5pm, the area of precipitation in Oklahoma and Texas has grown considerably in size. The areas of purple are sleet.

Farther north, the snow is in shades of blue with the darker blues = heavier snow.
In the last ten minutes, a few flurries have been displayed by radar in southern Kansas. 

See suggestions below. It is time to finish preparations if you live in the areas where heavy snow or serious ice accumulations are forecast.
