Damaging Wind Threat from Philly to D.C.

Severe thunderstorms with damaging winds extend from southeast Pennsylvania to just north of Baltimore to central Virginia. They are moving east and continuing to strengthen. Philadelphia, Chester, Baltimore and D.C. are all at risk later today.
