Mississippi Valley Flood Update
With serious flooding, and one fatality, in Louisiana, the weather system causing the heavy rain will begin moving north tonight.
Rainfalls over the next four days are expected to reach nearly a foot south of St. Louis. Major flooding will result if the rain develops as forecast.
