California: Tornado and Heavy Rain Threat

The NWS is forecasting a significant risk of tornadoes tomorrow (Monday) in California.
The brown area is a significant risk. The green is a non-zero but very small risk. 

There is also a high risk of flooding along parts of the coast.

And, Monday, there is a high risk around Santa Barbara.

Here is the total precipitation between now and Wednesday night, when the current weather pattern is forecasted to cease.
