Tornado Siren Failure in Little Rock

Apparently, the tornado sirens failed during the damaging tornado yesterday in Little Rock.
All modes of warning transmission have failed at one time or another. That is why I urge you to have at least two, and preferably three, dependable ways to get tornado warnings.
