ReplyDeleteAccuweather shows that the low this morning was 38 but there was frost on my window this morning and on the roofs. Since when did frost form at 38?

ReplyDeleteThe official temperatures are taken 5' above the ground inside a wooden box.
ReplyDeleteFrost forms when the temperature falls below freezing on a surface (grass, your car parked outside, roof, etc.) as opposed to the ambient air mass five feet above the ground.
