It is unusual that tornado risk area can be defined as clearly as it is today in the Great Plains.
The radar is at 2:02pm. The first thunderstorms are just starting to form over the threat area.
The orange area has an enhanced risk of a few tornadoes -- make sure you are monitoring the weather the rest of the day.
The yellow area has a mild risk of tornadoes, provided thunderstorms form.
