Gerson Has Led a REALLY Sheltered Life

Image
In addition to his awful performance during COVID and AIDS, he -- literally -- tortured beagles .  Want to know about great public servants? How about the National Weather Service employees who literally move into their offices when hurricanes threaten and don't see their families for days during extremely stressful weather while working 18 hour days with just six hours for sleep?  Fauci and his wife got $5 million richer during the pandemic. National Weather Service field employees make upper-middle class salaries.  This is not to mention federal wildfire teams, military people deployed in remote areas, or border guards in the extreme heat of the Southwest's summer and many, many others.    I believe Gerson suffers from living inside the Beltway for too many years. There are far more meritorious people than Dr. Fauci.

50 Years of Changing Rainfall

Image
From the National Climatic Data Center, here is a map depicted the average change in annual precipitation since 1970. In the Great Plains -- the climate models predicted drier conditions -- it has become wetter and that is a very good thing. That is also true throughout the Midwest.  It drier in spots in the South and it is definitely drier in the West; very bad things given the rapid rise in population.  Of course, this is represents averages. The latest Palmer Drought Index (Oct. 2) still shows severe drought conditions in much of the Great Plains Ironically, drought conditions, thanks to a much above average rainfall summer monsoon, have improved somewhat in the West.

Essential Information as to Why More Wind Turbines are a Terrible Idea

Fact: there simply will not be enough copper.

The 2021 Texas Cold Wave Catastrophe Still Being Debated

Believe it or not, the causes of the catastrophic cold wave (more than 200 died) that began Valentine's Day 2021 in Texas are still being debated. Not up for debate is that at least 210 people died.  The causes are actually known pretty well but political correctness prevents them from being clearly stated. The newest report is better than the previous versions but still suffers from not stating the following clearly: Natural gas energy didn't "fail," per se. The human operators stupidly turned off the power to the gas wells to "conserve" electricity.  Wind energy is often called "nondispatchable." That is electric utility-speak for "unreliable."  There is a lot of talk about "winterization" of wind turbines as is done in the northern United States. But, the problem the night of the 15th -- when things when from bad to tragic very quickly -- the winds were calm.  Wind power dropped to 1% of "name plate" output (name pl...
