This is a typical Washington trick: dump bad or unpopular news on a Friday evening during a holiday weekend and hope no one notices.  In spite of what Biden says , producing more oil would interfere with the " new liberal order " (in the words of an Administration spokesman) of high gas and oil prices. Fact: Biden wants high prices.
