Regardless of the slant of the story, this puts the decision where it belongs -- in the hands of the consumer. If someone wishes to spend more for their artificial illumination to 'fight global warming' that is just fine with me. This is a chance for people to "put their money where their mouth is."
If they don't, that's fine, too.
