Winter Storm Update

The forecast for this winter storm is still not well-defined. So, this probability map, which uses a blend of the computer models, is probably the most useful at this point:

Here is the 48-hour probability of two inches or more of snow accumulation from 6pm Thursday to 6pm Saturday.

And, below, is the probability of 8" or more of accumulation. There will be gusty winds with this storm, so travel conditions in these areas will likely be poor.
Note there are areas of higher than 80% probabilities. Some areas will get more than a foot of snow.

Please carefully consider the weather forecasts before traveling through these areas.
