1pm Update on Lee

The center of Lee is now not far from the coast and will probably make landfall in another 2-3 hours.  

Peak winds seem to have continued to come down a bit. The official estimate from the National Hurricane Center is peak winds of 70 mph. The weakening trend should continue.
