No Thunderstorms At Chicago

I'm getting reports that flights are being delayed due to "thunderstorms at Chicago." As the radar image below shows, there are no thunderstorms anywhere near Chicago (all that is shown is ground clutter).

The FAA is causing some maneuvers and delays pertaining to security for the G-20 economic conference. I don't know the extent to which this may be the real problem.
