Great Plains Rain is Imminent

Above is the five day rainfall amount forecast which corresponds to the central and southern Great Plains. The rain is badly needed for the 2022 winter wheat crop. 

Below is the Palmer Drought Index which reveals increasing drought in the central and northern Great Plains.
