Update on Tropical Storm Elsa

Elsa is still looking healthy (for an inland tropical storm) on radar as of 9:10am.

The forecast radar for 10:40am.

The storm will move off the coast and speed to the northeast. 

The blues are tropical storm watches as the storm is forecasted to restrengthen to 50 mph sustained winds with higher gusts.
