Tropical Storm Elsa

Elsa became a tropical storm overnight. I believe there is a good chance of Elsa becoming a hurricane between the Windward Islands and Cuba. Its path and intensity after Cuba are highly uncertain. 

If you are planning a trip to the Caribbean or south Florida for the holiday weekend, please keep an eye on the weather.
