Hillary Clinton Wants 'Mass Movement' on Climate Change
23 March 14
The potential 2016 presidential candidate says at a Clinton Global Initiative University panel that young people are much more committed to doing something to address climate change. Clinton says it isn’t “just some ancillary issue” but will determine the quality of life for many people.
The former secretary of state cited global warming as a major issue that students could face in the future.
But, when it comes to her carbon footprint:
Hillary Rodham Clinton likes to travel in style.
She insists on staying in the “presidential suite” of luxury hotels that she chooses anywhere in the world, including Las Vegas.
She usually requires those who pay her six-figure fees for speeches to also provide a private jet for transportation — only a $39 million, 16-passenger Gulfstream G450 or larger will do.
I'll believe global warming is a crisis when the people telling me it's a crisis start acting like it's a crisis."
