Great Britain Off to Second Bitter Winter in a Row

And, it is not just travel being affected by the extreme cold,

An estimated two million homes, schools and hospitals face fuel rationing over Christmas after MPs warned that supplies of heating oil would hit "crisis" point during the cold snap.

UPDATE: December 2010 will apparently go into the UK record books as the coldest since records began 100 years ago. More at Watts Up With That.
