Heads Up: Northeast

Here we go again: the remains of a hurricane (Philippe) are going to cause high winds in the Northeast.
The peak winds at 2pm Saturday are forecast to be 60 mph and at 2pm Sunday the winds are forecast to be 45 mph. Power outages are likely in Maine and the Maritimes. I'll have more specific forecasts tomorrow.
