Is There ANY Federal Agency Not Snooping On Us?

A month ago we learned the US Postal Service has an extensive spying program on the American public. 

Now, it is the Department of Commerce.

I guess now we know why the National Weather Service, part of the Department of Commerce, needed all of those bullets.
