Second Tornado Watch: Kansas and Nebraska

The situation is right for a type of tornado known as a "landspout." Note the probability of a strong tornado (F-2 or higher) is "low." Here is the radar at 12:18pm. The storms in Kansas are moving due north and in Nebraska from southeast toward the northwest.
