According to a scientifically significant survey, Kansas State University is #2 in terms of freest speech on campus. Well done KSU!!!
If you are interested, the #1 campus was the University of Chicago. The least free campus is DePauw University (second worst was the University of Texas in Austin).
Some other aspects of Kansas State. Note the #3 quality of life in the nation. Manhattan ("The Little 
Apple") is a great town. Two of my three children went to KSU and we were extremely pleased with both their education and the experience they had on campus. Plus, they have a great football team.
