Pink is a winter storm warning. Blue is a snow advisory for travelers. The pale green in a wind chill watch and the blue-gray is a wind chill warning due to the extraordinary cold air forecast. Wind chills Monday morning could reach -60°F in central Minnesota.

The area from Detroit to Pittsburgh south to western West Virginia may experience blizzard conditions with considerable blowing and drifting snow.
