The Snow From Above

To the west of the blue line, skies are clear and all of the white you see is snow from the current storm. You can see lakes (they aren't frozen) in Kansas and Nebraska. In Nebraska you can see how it is whiter along and south of the Platte River which is where the heavier snow fell in that state with as much as ten inches.
