3rd Day in a Row: "Particularly Dangerous Situation"

Less than one tornado watch in ten is judged to be a "particularly dangerous situation." The NWS Storm Prediction Center just issued one for Wisconsin and adjacent areas of southeast Minnesota and far northeast Iowa. Please pay close attention to the weather in these areas!

ADDITION: 4:25pm. Radar at 4:19pm shows a suspicious thunderstorm southwest of La Crosse, WI. The northern thunderstorm is also a candidate to produce a tornado. See arrows. While no tornado warnings are in effect yet, the environment in the area is highly conducive to tornado formation.

TORNADO WARNING issued at 4:32pm on the southern storm including the City of LaCrosse.
