Major Storm Starting Monday

Here is the forecast of tornadoes and severe thunderstorms (large hail and/or damaging winds) fro 6am Monday to 6am Tuesday.
The hatched area is where violent tornadoes and wind gusts above 75 mph are forecast to occur.

Here is the forecast winterized radar (courtesy: Dr Ryan Maue) for 6pm Monday evening. The deep blues are falling snow.

And, here is the forecast radar at 6am Tuesday.

Here is a preliminary look at snow accumulations. There is a serious possibility of more than a foot of snow falling along I-70 and I-76 between Denver and Colby and Denver and North Platte, respectively.
