Video of the Harper, Kansas, Tornado

As far as I know, there was no significant damage from this tornado. You see flashes. I don't know whether those are lightning or, because they are so blue, power flashes due to the tornado's winds causing wires to short circuit.

Tornadoes occasionally occur east of the Flint Hills in Kansas in December. They are quite rare to the west of Wichita.
