Snow Potential in Rockies and Plains

Here is the amount of snow expected to fall from late Wednesday to Friday in the Plains.
Over most of Kansas to the Kansas City area, 1 to 3 inches should fall. It is unlikely that much will accumulate in most areas due to temperatures being a touch too warm.

Farther west, there will be heavy snow in the mountains with some areas receiving more than a foot from this storm. The snow should fall from tonight into Thursday evening.
I'll update the forecast as things progress.
