Tornado Situation Update

Here is the latest AccuWeather Regional Radar:

A tornado warning is in effect just south of Shreveport.

As you know, there is a tornado watch out for this region (scroll down) until 1am.

Tornadoes after dark kill at three times the rate of daylight tornadoes. The significant tornado parameter is rising, especially in Louisiana.

If you live in the northern half of Louisiana and far south Arkansas -- or if you have friends or family there -- please let them know they need to keep up on the weather this evening.
