Our Nation: “How Can The Dream Survive If We Murder the Children?”

The title of this piece are words of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s niece, Alveda King. They pertain to the black community and abortion. 
Because this issue is currently before the courts, I'm quoting from portions of this article:

According to an amicus curiae brief filed by the Independence Law Center in the Allegheny case, almost 40 percent of black babies are aborted in Pennsylvania. In surrounding states, the problem is equally bad or worse — in New York, 59.6 percent of black, non-Hispanic babies are aborted. There are more black babies aborted in New York than born.

Black people are disproportionately the most affected by abortion when compared to any other race. Among the black demographic, abortion is essentially a thinly veiled genocide.

I've written before about Planned Parenthood and how it was created, in part, to eliminate the black race. The article goes on to state:

Believe it or not, this mass killing was intentional. Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger set up her infamous organization with the intention of targeting and controlling the black population. Sanger’s goal was to control and eliminate all minority groups, especially African Americans.

Sanger devised a plan she deemed “The Negro Project.” “The Negro Project” sought to keep the black population under control by introducing abortion to black neighborhoods, which solved Sanger’s “great problem of the South.” In a personal letter to Clarence J. Gamble, she suggested Planned Parenthood use “negro doctor[s],” because “we don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population.”

Indeed. How can we as a nation survive if we kill our own children? During this Independence Day Weekend, in the strongest possible terms, Planned Parenthood should be put out of business through the withholding of our tax funds from this cancerous organization. And, we as Americans, must rethink our conviction that abortion is a solution. Those who push abortion are on the wrong side of history.

First Tornado Watch of the Day Issued

Unfortunately, the forecast is working out. A tornado watch is already in effect in Oklahoma and Texas.  This watch is in effect until 1pm.  Thunderstorms are developing in the southeast Texas Panhandle. They will move northeast and strengthen. Please keep a close eye on the weather in these areas.  I'll have comprehensive forecast up in 60-90 minutes.

Hilary's Forecast Path Shifts West; Updated 9:20am PDT

The forecast path of the center of Hilary has shifted a bit to the west. This increases the threat to the Southland, especially in terms of flooding.  Rainfall Note the heavy rains are forecast for Los Angeles County. Serious flash flooding may result. Because the forecast path has shifted to the west, that increases the threat of serious flooding in Los Angeles County north into Yosemite and the southern Sierra. It lessens the threat in Utah and western Arizona. While the threat of widespread flooding in Utah and Arizona lessens, note that some thunderstorms with localized heavy rain show up on the map.  In Nevada, the more western path increases the risk of serious flooding around Mt Charleston and into the central part of the state.  Here is the updated  (9am PDT) flash flood risk map.
