UPDATED: Storm to Move Up East Coast

Normally, in December, this would be a storm that would produce heavy snow. But, with our warmer climate, this will be rain (with the possible exception of snow in the highest elevations) with a lot of wind. 

6pm Sunday
There is an outside chance of a tornado in northeast South Carolina and far east North Carolina on Monday morning. 

Update: Some of the latest models are forecasting winds strong enough to cause power outages within a 100 mi of the coast in the Middle Atlantic region and in southern New York State. 

Noon Monday

Four inches of rain are forecast to fall on the South Carolina coast.
