Tornado Sheltering: The Other Half of the Equation

I spent my 50-year career creating better ways of warning of tornadoes and other extreme weather conditions. And, while I continue to work on storm warnings, I have also turned my attention to the other half of the lifesaving equation: the sheltering necessary after the warning is issued.
