Keep an Eye on the Western Caribbean

Things have gotten a little more active, so I decided to go ahead and post an update.

This is the 6:45pm satellite photo over the water just east of Central America reveals the beginning of a swirl indicated by the "L." For the moment, it is nothing to worry about. However, that may change if the swirl begins drifting north.

My colleagues at AccuWeather and I believe there is an area that needs to be watched as the week
progresses.
