I guess GMA doesn't realize this guy has been around, and extremely influential, for 30+ years. I seem to recall he had something to do with the abortion decision a week ago today.  And, before Justice Thomas, was the great Thurgood Marshall -- an absolute giant of his time and of the civil rights movement. It is fair to say that without Marshall, civil rights might have been delayed by years or decades.  Our mainstream media is just awful.
