New Year Celebration: John Madden

Happy New Year, Everyone!

I don't think too many are sad to see 2021 go. I want to finish up one piece of business from 2021.

It took this life-long Chiefs' fan a while to warm up to having the hated RAY´-DUHs head coach in the broadcast booth, but John Madden was terrific. I put together some readers' comments from the Wall Street Journal's terrific obit (which may be behind a paywall). 

Rest in peace, John. I'm confident you are in Heaven with Hank Stram and my Dad (the latter two in their Chiefs' Red Coats on Sundays) enjoying the games.
