Heads Up: Southeast and Central Great Plains

Flooding -- possibly major -- is likely to develop in the Southeast and southern Appalachians as next week progresses. If you live near a river or in 100-yr flood plain, please keep up and prepare to act.

The first major snowstorm of the season looks like it is developing for the central Great Plains. Here is my interpretation of a NWS product showing snowfall through 6pm Tuesday. More snow is forecast in the Central Plains Tuesday night. Stay tuned.
This storm could be a big deal.
